Interim Payment Certificates

One of the most important tasks for the Technical Supervisor is the evaluation and approval of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC). It is a critical task that has to be done monthly (in most cases) and in which the Supervisor is usually asked by the stakeholders to do it fast and without mistakes.

SURE provides the tools and methodology to speed up the IPC approval process. For SURE an Interim Payment Certificate belongs to the contract, but it is composed of the sum of all the IPC details of each site.

Interim Payment Certificates must be added to SURE using a wizard that allows an Excel© book to be the base for IPC creation and follow up.

Since this is one of the most important tasks for the supervisor, only Team Leaders or Project Directors profiles can approve or reject an IPC.
